How do you take Screenshots quickly and efficiently?

Many keyboards have a key labeled "PrtSc" (short for Print Screen).  This is your gateway to capturing your entire screen! Simply press the PrtSc key once.  The screen might flicker slightly, but don't worry, that's just the magic happening behind the scenes.
